What will I get at the end?
A free capability score and a PDF report with your summary, skill ratings, breadth chart, pivot potential, and the capability framework. The PDF is generated in your browser and is print-optimised for A4.
How long does it take?
Under 3 minutes to get your score and report. You search a role, rate skills from 0 to 5, and export or share when ready.
Is my data private?
Yes. All data is saved locally in your browser. Nothing is sent to a server unless you explicitly share a link. You can clear all saved data at any time.
What is pivot potential?
Pivot potential shows how your current skills overlap with other roles in the ESCO database. A high percentage means many of your skills transfer directly to that role, helping you identify career moves with minimal retraining.
Can I export and share my results?
Yes. You can download a free PDF capability report and share a link to your assessment. Your data stays in your control.
Can I share my results on LinkedIn?
Yes. You control what is shared. You can share your role and capability score, role only, or a more private anonymous summary. Use the LinkedIn share panel in your results to choose and copy your post text, then share the link.
